Building Employer Trust Through Targeted Communications

Through the creation of a new employer brochures, the launch of the Employer’s Scoop video series, email campaigns and strategic use of a dedicated LinkedIn page, we created touchpoints that were informative, human, and reflective of UTM’s value as a talent pipeline. Each initiative was guided by conversations with the Employer Engagement team, ensuring the work directly supported their outreach goals. Design and messaging were intentionally distinct from student-facing materials cleaner, more corporate, and brand-aligned.
